In July 2025, internationally acclaimed golf photographer Taku Miyamoto visited Hokkaido to photograph the Nidom Classic Course.

From flowing water features that weave through the course, to greens that stretch into the heart of the forest, Miyamoto’s lens captured countless dramatic moments that highlight Nidom’s unique natural beauty.

Born in 1957 in Wakayama, Japan, Taku Miyamoto is a celebrated golf photographer.
Since 1987, he has worked internationally, covering major championships including the Masters Tournament, where he holds the world record for the most appearances as a photographer.
He is known not only for documenting the sport, but also for expressing deeper human emotion through the interplay of light and shadow.
Miyamoto’s work also spans the globe’s most prestigious golf courses and resorts. His compositions, often compared to fine art paintings, continue to inspire and captivate fans around the world.
